What is collected
When you send an enquiry or create a blueprint, Business Starter receives the information you enter, such as your name, email address, business details, goals and marketing preferences.
Why it is collected
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, create and deliver the blueprint you requested, prevent abuse and understand interest in Business Starter’s services.
Email marketing is optional
You are only added to marketing communication if you actively select the optional marketing consent box. You can object or unsubscribe at any time. Choosing not to receive marketing does not stop you from creating a blueprint.
Where submissions are stored
Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. A connected email provider may also process your email address once delivery and marketing tools are activated.
AI-assisted blueprint creation
Your business answers may be processed by an AI service to create the personalised blueprint. Do not enter passwords, identity numbers, banking details or other sensitive personal information. AI-generated suggestions are a starting point and should be reviewed before you rely on them.
Your choices
You may ask what information Business Starter holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent by emailing hello@businessstarter.co.za. You may also unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
